Position: Managed Services Sales Specialist

 

The Launch Pad is one of the leading managed IT service providers to small businesses throughout Florida and the US. We are looking for a Managed Services Sales Specialist to work as part of our sales and marketing team.

Job Summary
As a core member of the sales team, responsibilities will include all activities related to inbound lead qualification. This person will handle all inquiries from marketing (outbound and inbound campaigns), referral and partnership programs. Phone sales activities  involve prospecting, qualifying, educating, rapport building, persuading and nurturing. Prospects are typically CEOs, President, and Operation Managers. This person should enjoy engaging prospective clients and building a long-term relationship through multiple points of communication. This person will handle both appointment setting meetings and closing accounts from new lead to client enrollment.

Responsibilities
Responsible for lead and prospect management generated from multitiered lead generation and nurturing system
Lead generation for new opportunities through the following:
Outbound telesales (40 + calls per day)
Outbound sales to corporate leads generated through marketing programs
Proposal development and presentation
Networking events/Referral partner cultivation
Ability to present our services in a professional manner
Ability to follow up with opportunities and leads in a consistent manner as outlined
Continual tracking of all communication with perspective and customers through our CRM
Ability to manage and meet quotas new customers enrollment
Ability to work in a team environment

Requirements
Degree from 4-year college
Experience with quota-based B2B sales of 5+ years
Technology sales a plus, but not required
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to overcome objections and build a relationship over the phone
Good organizational skills
Good judgment/decision making skills
Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
Full time, in-office commitment
Self-motivated, focused and hungry

Position: Client Solutions Manager /L3 Network Engineer


Job Summary

Responsibilities.

  • Be familiar with and capable of supporting and troubleshooting the common small business technologies, particularly Microsoft products.
  • Be competent in the fundamentals of networking technologies and theories and be able to troubleshoot common small business challenges related to such
  • Deliver excellent customer service via the telephone including:
  • Building rapport with the client and making them feel comfortable with working with you
  • Inspiring confidence in the solutions you are delivering
  • Being conscious of their time and level of frustration
  • Always following up when you say you will
  • Input complete and accurate notes in the internal systems, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Document and implement service desk policies and processes in regard to operations and practices.
  • Provide monthly technology reviews and solutions development for managed services clients and make recommendations to implement improved processes
  • Measure the daily performance of the our help desk team to identify and highlight key areas for improvement.
  • Act as a change control/project manager for all infrastructure requests for changes by the managed IT clients.
  • Manage support calls to third party support and escalate service breaches

Requirements
- Degree from 4-year college
- Current MCSE (2003 or greater)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for this position due to continual interaction with external and internal customers including communication is over the phone, in person and in writing.
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, with some holidays and weekends required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
-5 plus years experience in IT services working for a provider preferable over single company network administration.
- Full time, in-office commitment
- Self-motivated, focused and very detail oriented

You will be responsible for:
Assisting our Marketing and Business Development Manager with all management and coordination our marketing initiatives and sales processes.  Our will gain experience in working with  a variety of inbound and outbound marketing initiatives including direct mail, online marketing, social media management, lead management and nurturing, seminar and webinar campaigns, blog and newsletters, referral campaigns and sales support.  You will be working in our CRM/Professional Services Automation system

Requirements


Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel is a must, Visio is a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good organization skills
Good judgment/decision making skills
Self-motivated, goal oriented and a team player
Technology skills a plus but not required
You should also have a BA or actively pursuing their degree in marketing or a related discipline. A positive attitude, interest in a career at a growing company, and the ability to learn new skills are critical. This is fast-paced and challenging but fun environment to work in.
