Warranties for most products can be found on that manufacturer's website or by contacting the manufacturer directly. Note: Products sold through this Web site
which do not bear The Launch Pad brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with terms and conditions packaged with the

Extended Warranties Extended warranties are offered by both manufacturers and through third-party agreements for many products
sold through our online store including laptops, desktops, printers and consumer electronics. For additional information on extended warranties available for your

Equipment Warranty
Information for Computer Systems Manufactured By The Launch Pad
Standard One-Year Equipment Warranty (United States Only)
The Launch Pad manufactures its hardware products
from parts and components that are new or equivalent to new in accordance with industry-standard practices. The Launch Pad warrants that the hardware products it
manufactures will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty term is one year beginning on the date of invoice, as further described below.
Damage due to shipping the products to you is
covered under this warranty. Otherwise, this warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical
power, servicing not authorized by The Launch Pad, usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems
caused by use of parts and components not supplied by The Launch Pad.
This warranty does not cover any items that are
in one or more of the following categories: software and external devices, accessories or parts added to a Launch Pad system after the system is shipped from or
delivered by The Launch Pad. Monitors, keyboards, and mice that are included as part of the The Launch Pad's system are covered under this warranty; all other
monitors, keyboards, and mice are not covered.
The Launch Pad will repair or replace
products returned to The Launch Pad's facility. To request warranty service, you must call The Launch Pad within the warranty period. If warranty service is
required, The Launch Pad will issue a Return Material Authorization Number. You must ship or deliver the products back to The Launch Pad in their original or
equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. The Launch Pad will ship the repaired or
replacement products to you freight prepaid if you use an address in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. possessions). Shipments to other locations will be made
freight collect.
The above warranty may be extended using the guidelines below:
Three-Year Equipment Warranty (United States Only).
This warranty may be purchased within the first
year of ownership of any Launch Pad system or component and is priced as stated below. This warranty provides the same terms and conditions as the one-year
warranty stated above with an extension to three years beginning from the date of the original invoice.
Complete Launch Pad system with monitor: $159.00 per system.

One Year Onsite Service Warranty (Local Customers only*)
Our One-Year Onsite Service program offers all of
the benefits of the standard equipment warranty plus no charge on site service. This includes onsite service, parts, labor, and technical support. With the purchase of
this warranty your coverage will be expanded and your equipment will be protected with all these benefits starting from your date of purchase.
Complete Launch Pad system with monitor: $99.00 per system.

*Please add an additional charge of $35.00 per
system if you fall outside our 20-mile service area.
Three Year Onsite Service Warranty (Local Customers only*)
Our Three-Year Onsite Service program offers all
of the benefits of the extended equipment warranty plus no charge on site service for three years. This includes onsite service, parts, labor, and technical support.
With the purchase of this warranty your coverage will be expanded and your equipment will be protected with all these benefits starting from your date of purchase.
