Refurbished Notebooks and HP Printers/Toner
While the core of our business focusses on new technology products, we do offer a specialized lin e of brand-name factory Refurbished Notebooks and HP Printers. All notebooks are purchased off lease and come with a 60 or 90 day warranty. Notebook inventory is constantly changing and refurbished units start at $349. All refurbished HP Printer also come with a 90 day warranty and offer discounts of up to 75% off of new unit pricing. Remanufactured toner cartridges for most HP Printers are also available. These cartridges are computer tested and warrantied. If you a not completely satisfied with our Remanufactured Toner Cartridges, they may be returned for a full refund or replacement.
Government/Education Sales
The Launch Pad has completed the necessary certifications and approvals for government sales for the state of Florida and its counties. This includes public and private educational institutions and the healthcare industry. The Launch Pad is a registered small minority business with the CCR and is an Apple Partner Reseller offering the full range of Apple products and programs to Educational Institutions and special pricing to teachers. We can offer government/educational-based pricing and licensing on all technology products and brands where available as well as special pricing for employees.

Onsite, phone and e-mail support is available for our local customers in West Central Florida. Service rates start at $85.00 per hour and service plans are available for our business customers. We offer computer and printer repair, network support and troubleshooting and hardware and software support. We also offer training in a variety of areas for employees and individuals.
