The Launch Pad No Hassle Return Policy:
Our goal at The Launch Pad is to complete customer satisfaction. If you have any problems or are not happy with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you. The Launch Pad offers a no hassle 21 day return policy on selected items subject to manufacturer return policies. We do recommend that you inspect your order carefully and save all packaging materials, interior and exterior boxes. Please review our return procedures below for product returns or exchanges. For further information not listed below, please contact The Launch Pad sales team at extension 202.
How To Get Help, Request a Return or Make an Exchange:
If you are having problems with installation of the product purchased or have any technical questions regarding your purchase, please contact our Technical Support Department at (813) 448-1700, extension 0. or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Defective and DOA (dead on arrival) products must be reported to Customer Care at (813) 448-1700, extension 202 within 10 calendar days of the invoice date. All order discrepancies (shortages, mislabeled product, damaged product or overages) must be reported to Customer Service within five business days after receipt of the shipment. All non-defective returns must be reported to Customer Service within five business days after receipt of the shipment.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and a Launch Pad return merchandise authorization ("RMA") number. To request an RMA, contact our Customer Care department at (813) 448-1700, extension 201 or e-mail to email@example.com. Please be ready to provide your invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem.
RMA numbers issued by The Launch Pad are good for 10 business days only and product must be received by The Launch Pad within that time. RMA numbers cannot be extended or reissued. Clearly mark each address label of each package being returned with the RMA number. DO NOT WRITE ON THE MANUFACTURER'S BOX.

Where a specific return period is applicable (see below), no returns will be accepted beyond that period. Return authorizations will not be granted after the stated return period has run.
Shipping charges for shipment to Customer are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. The Launch Pad highly recommends using a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring your return shipment. Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned.
All returns must be 100% complete, contain all original boxes and packing material, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer's boxes, and contain all blank warranty cards, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Incomplete returns may be returned to sender or subject to a restocking fee of 15% or more, depending on the condition of the return.
Replacements on defective items will be shipped using Ground service immediately if in stock or as soon as the item is available. The Launch Pad will pay Ground freight for the replacement item. If the customer requires expedited delivery, the customer will be billed for freight charges less the standard Ground amount. For net customers, replacement items will be shipped immediately. For all other customers, replacement items will be shipped when the defective items is returned. Or, at the customer’s request an Advance RMA (return) can be processed and requires the customer provide a credit card with the transaction amount authorized .
Please note below any and all additional returns conditions applicable to your return. The Launch Pad reserves the right to add special returns conditions for additional manufacturers as manufacturer policies change, as manufacturers go out of business or if product was specially ordered.
Unfortunately, We Can Not Accept Returns on the Following:
Special order items
Custom computer builds
Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns
Items not purchased through The Launch Pad
Products modified by the Configuration Center
Customer warehousing product
Open units, units which require re-boxing, or units in an unsuitable resale condition
Closeout, remanufactured and refurbished products
Items which have undergone revisions without being assigned a new part number by the manufacturer
ADDITIONAL RETURNS CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL SOFTWARE:
Opened software is not returnable to The Launch Pad. Unopened software may be returned to The Launch Pad for refund or exchange within 5 calendar days of invoice date with no restocking fee. Multiple software licenses (MLP's, MOLP's, MSOL's, etc.) cannot be returned for exchange, refund or credit unless first authorized by the manufacturer.
ADDITIONAL RETURNS CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL HARDWARE PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT SPECIFICALLY ADDRESSED BELOW:
Unopened product that is in its original factory-sealed container may be returned to The Launch Pad within five business days from invoice date for a refund or exchange.
Subject to certain manufacturer’s restrictions, opened product that is in its original packaging and in new and resaleable condition may be returned to The Launch Pad within five business days of invoice date, although such returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Any used, missing or damaged products, components or accompanying items will result in rejection of the return or an additional restocking fee, at The Launch Pad's sole option. Product that is DOA (dead on arrival) or defective may be returned to The Launch Pad for refund or exchange within 15 calendar days of invoice date with no restocking fee.
Product that is DOA (dead on arrival) or defective may be returned to The Launch Pad for EXCHANGE ONLY within 21 calendar days of invoice date with no restocking fee.
