 For customers in Florida and throughout the U.S, The Launch Pad provides immediate response onsite service and repair, network installation and management, new system setup, hardware and software installation and upgrades and employee training and support for individuals, small businesses, organizations, government agencies and education institutions. Hourly rates begin at $110.00 and installations or repairs can be arranged, evening, (scheduled after 6pm), weekend and holidays (special rates apply).
Through our national network of highly trained and certified technicians, we offer the same high-quality support services available to our local customers. For non-local customers, not under one of our service contracts, please allow a 24 hour response time for onsite service. Rates can vary slightly by region falling within the $85 - $110 per hour range.
Our field staff consists of highly trained technicians including A+ certified hardware technicians, Novell and Microsoft Network engineers and Cisco engineers. We also employ a team of certified expert cable installation technicians for building your infrastructure and wiring your network.

The Launch Pad offers the following onsite computer services:
- Computer & printer setup & installation
- Computer & printer upgrades & repairs
- Computer software installation and operating system upgrades
- Point-of-Sale Hardware & Software installation including cash drawers and scanners
- Custom-built network installation by certified technicians including (Peer-to-peer, LANs & WANs, Wireless Networks)
- Security device installation and monitoring.
- Maintenance contract fufillment
- Onsite installation of Internet & Intranet solutions including e-mail setup, web page design and Website hosting
- Training & tutoring
- Business consulting services including technology needs analysis, project planning. website planning and work flow management.
- Managed Services with customized annual support agreements.

New Customers
For first time customers, a complete system or network evaluation is available. We offer annual support agreements as well as on-demand service for our clients. 24 hour, emergency response, help desk phone support and quality of service contracts are also available. For annual support contract pricing and information, please contact our office. For per hourly non-contract service, please be aware that payment is due at the time services are rendered by cash, check or credit card unless net terms are previously established with The Launch pad.
