The Launch Pad is a factory-authorized repair center for many major hardware brands. Our
factory-trained, CompTIA certified technicians welcome warranty and non-warranty repairs
regardless of where your hardware was purchased. Services can be provided by sending in your equipment or by an onsite technician.

PC and Notebook hardware diagnosis and repair services
are charged at our standard hourly rate of $85.00 in 30 minute increments. In most cases, units can be repaired at the customer site. In some cases, such
as motherboard failure, parts may need to be ordered and it may be more cost effective for the technician to bring the unit to our bench to complete repairs.

*Hard Drive Data Recovery
In the event of hard drive failure, The Launch Pad offers extended data recovery services. A free
diagnostic and price estimate is available. Prices on recovery services vary according to the severity of the drive damage.
*If you suspect your hard drive is having problems, experience any error messages related to drive failure or hear a clicking noise,
immediately shut down your PC to prevent further damage and contact our office.
