Position: Sr. Marketing Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for the right person to join our team as a Sr. Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have several years of broad internet and traditional marketing knowledge and experience. An understanding of business-to-business marketing, campaign creation using SEO techniques including PPC, marketing automation tools, lead scoring and analytics tracking is imperative.
Overview:
The Sr. Marketing Manager is responsible for generating brand or product awareness through the Internet primarily as well as traditional means. A strong background in marketing automation systems, SEO and PPC required. The Senior Marketing Manager will assist in shaping the Internet marketing strategy that is currently under development and growing rapidly.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating company marketing and brand strategy and managing our online marketing automation and social media system
- Manage and update the appearance and content of sales and marketing collateral materials.
- Creating presentation materials for ongoing webinar and seminar technology education series
- Responsible for identifying new marketing and branding channels and opportunities and assuring that the company is a “fast follower” of new ideas and trends
- Work with our Web Services Manager to manage and optimize the marketing generation from our website.
- Assure that company’s brand and communications guidelines are up-to-date and enforced across all departments
- Analyze and report on the return on investment of marketing campaigns particularly online campaigns such as SEO, PPC using web analytics.
- Refine and manage our lead generation, lead nurturing and lead scoring system
- Contact industry publications, consultants and influencers on an ongoing basis to assure that company messaging and positioning is being received and understood
- Social media management: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
- Manage public relations for the company through numerous media and communications outlets
- Event management and coordination with our Business Office Manager for local business events, trade shows, and other various prospecting event.
- Develop and manage overall departmental budgets.
Knowledge/Skills
- Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies particularly online.
- Thorough understanding of how customers in the small to medium business market require, search, compare, and consume technology services
- Proven experience in customer and market research
- Highly skilled in project management: define work plans, manage project teams, and manage budget
- Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
- Skill in preparing written communications and materials
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B Internet marketing
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Technical marketing skills; Experience with small business internet marketing is preferred
- Demonstrated expertise and ability in all facets of online marketing including SEO, PPC, and Social Media
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment
- Proficient in general office applications

Position: Client Technology Services Manager
Position Overview
At The Launch Pad, our goal is to build a team of bright energetic individuals who thrive in a culture that works hard, plays hard and expects results. Currently, we are looking for a Client Technology Service Manager to join our team and provide managerial oversight, leadership and guidance to our award-winning Client Solutions Managers. Our CSMs are senior engineers in the front line of responsibility charged with designing high value solutions and delivering the expert technical support to our business clients. A primary focus of this position is to ensure the quality of each and every interaction with clients and with our team. As a part of this oversight, the Client Technology Service Manager is responsible for providing high-level technical assistance to the team and taking a hands-on approach when required. Our ideal candidate will possess great technical acumen and skill coordinating a fast moving technology services team. Equally important, the candidate should have the strong team building skills needed to inspire great results!
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the Client Solution’s Team in daily activities
- Function as the client’s single point-of-contact for problem identification and resolution for issues that have been escalated by the team
- Manage the dispatch process of service requests to ensure full utilization of technical resources
- Improve usage of IT Support resources and increase productivity of the team
- Communicate with all parties in a constructive manner to guarantee customer expectations are met
- Maintain awareness of all outstanding customer pre- and post-delivery issues and provide status to clients as necessary
- Perform customer follow-up to verify final resolution and determine satisfaction level
- Interface with appropriate technical personnel for customer problems that cannot be resolved effectively
- Provide accurate reports and metrics to company management on the status and budget of on-going projects and agreements
- Understand overall service desk objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member
- Contribute to the continuity of computer services by providing the necessary technical leadership
- Drive problem investigations and resolution as required
- Ensure that risks are identified, communicated, and mitigated and that services and projects are delivered successfully through to production
- Design and maintain process documentation for the service desk team
- Manage the process of implementing change efficiently and effectively
- Manage the remote monitoring and management system to ensure consistency and accurate reporting of customer devices
Knowledge/Skills
- Experience in documenting internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities
- Extensive understanding of small and medium sized businesses’ technology environments
- High degree of organization and attention to detail with ability to oversee team documentation of work product
- Ability to appropriately and effectively communicate to both technical and non-technical people

Requirements
- Professional IT Certifications, such as: Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, Citrix CCEA or CCIA, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP

- Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills

- Strong understanding and considerable practical experience in design, deployment and management of Microsoft servers (thru 2008) in LAN and WAN multisite environments.
- Experience in Exchange rollouts and admin thru 2010
- Experience with SQL and SharePoint Administration
- Experience with Citrix (XenServer & XenApp) implementations, troubleshooting and support of network and users

The Launch Pad is an award-winning, high growth managed IT & Web Services provider for SMBs and small enterprise companies in Florida and nationwide. We’re looking for a highly motivated team player to manage our web services division and to develop, manage and enhance websites for new and existing small/mid-sized business clients. This position will be responsible for onboarding new web clients, managing our co-located web servers, handling support inquiries and coordinating web development projects. Our Web Services Manager coordinates many moving parts from web server management to maintenance to vendor relationship management.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Working with new and existing clients, our web partners and vendors and our Client Solutions team.
- Managing Web Services help desk and escalation issues.
- Tracking all communication in our service automation/CRM system including service requests with prospects and customers.
- Conducting discovery meetings, proposals and project management with customers.
- Interpreting project design and development requirements.
- Developing solutions based websites that integrate to client’s business processes.
- Maintaining websites for existing clients.
- New server provisioning and Web Server administration (with Colo).
- Creating advanced coding for websites and landing pages including multilevel database driven sites and ecommerce solutions.
- Web code debugging and problem solving.
- Contributing to coding standards & building coding documentation.
Position Requirements
- Degree from 4-year University
- 5 -7 Years Experience professional web development and web server management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and follow through
- Extremely detail oriented, meticulous at documentation and excellent with time/task management
- Ability to provide service and process documentation in our management systeml
This is an exciting growth opportunity for a skilled web developer who is comfortable wearing more than one hat and can tackle more complex solutions-based site development. Many projects are complex, database driven websites. Expertise in PHP/MySQL (PHP 4.0/5.0, MySQL 4.x/5.x.) is a prerequisite. Additionally, you must have an extensive coding background using CSS, XML, HTML, JavaScript and Flash with the ability to design as well as code. Experience with VB.NET & ASP.NET Windows platforms is a plus. Solid knowledge of standard Website Admin concepts, practices and procedures is needed. A comfort level with basic Linux/Free BSD web server is required. Windows Web server management skills are necessary along with a solid understanding of Dedicated and VPS servers and internet system architectures.
