Position: Inside Sales Technology Solutions Specialist


Position Overview

We are looking for the right person to join our team as a Inside Sales Technology Solutions Specialist to increase the existing customer base for the company.  Experience in selling to small businesses (our demographic is 15-200 employees)  in a variety of industries is a must.  A solid understanding and appreciation for technology as it relates to business success and operation is a big plus.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prospecting – identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and manage prospect expectations.
  • Familiarity with prospecting and relationship building through social media channels and internet research.
  • Ability to manage sales pipeline opportunities and marketing-driven leads in a consistent manner with documented results.
  • Ability to present our packaged technology services in an articulate and  professional manner.
  • Identification and documentation of a prospect’s needs and priorities.
  • Qualify prospects to set high quality appointments.
  • Highly organized and comfortable tracking of all communication with perspective and customers through the CRM system..
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and ensure sales opportunities are compliant with company policy.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the service catalog and how it relates to customer’s needs.


  • 4 Year BA/BS Degree
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of B2B appointment setting experience.
  • Ability to handle rejection.

Position: Network Administrator | Help Desk Support Technician

Our Network Administrators | Help Desk Support Technicians provide technical support and management to small business networks and develop technology solutions that help our clients solve business problems. We work with state of the art tools, tightly defined business processes and a unique team culture based on rewarding excellence.  

Individuals should be excited about technology with a high capacity and desire to learn; be technically resourceful and able to manage a high volume of challenging problems, projects and processes.  Experience working in a service provider model and with 3rd party vendor hardware and software is desired. Efficient troubleshooting, ticket management and communication skills are a must along with the ability to work well with our clients both in person and remotely.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Help Desk Support: Provide support via telephone and on-site remediation
  • Troubleshoot and repair desktop and server hardware and software faults for SLA clients
  • Maintain stated response commitments
  • Administer and troubleshoot a variety of Windows network environments
  • Administer and troubleshoot Exchange through 2010
  • Troubleshoot server and workstation hardware and software issues
  • Install, configure and manage remote monitoring hardware and software and data protection solutions
  • Conduct site surveys, IT audits and manage client on boarding
  • Provide quarterly hardware maintenance on SLA equipment
  • Assist with design and implementation of windows networking environments including infrastructure components such as routers, firewalls and SANS units
  • Assess, document and implement technology projects and technology solutions for new and existing accounts


  • 2+ years experience with Microsoft Server 2003/2008 and network design/implementation
  • DNS, DHCP and Group Policy Management
  • Firewall/Router expertise (SonicWALL, Cisco)
  • 2+ years experience with Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010
  • Very strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of a diverse customer and internal IT environment
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, and deliver measurable results under designated deadlines and within stated project budgets
  • Minimum 2 years experience working effectively in a managed services environment or NOC
  • Four-year university degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related field or the equivalent in experience


  • MCSE or MCITP a plus
  • CCA and/or CCNA Preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office, MS Visio and MS Project
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends on occasion for emergencies or project deployment

  • Strong understanding and considerable practical experience in design, deployment and management of Microsoft servers (thru 2008) in LAN and WAN multisite environments.
  • Experience in Exchange rollouts and admin thru 2010
  • Experience with SQL and SharePoint Administration
  • Experience with Citrix (XenServer & XenApp) implementations, troubleshooting and support of network and users
  • Comfortable with a broad range of technologies and environments from desktops/end-user technology to server architecture and infrastructure

The Launch Pad is an award-winning, high growth managed IT & Web Services provider for SMBs and small enterprise companies in Florida and nationwide. We’re looking for a highly motivated team player to manage our web services division and to develop, manage and enhance websites for new and existing small/mid-sized business clients. This position will be responsible for onboarding new web clients, managing our co-located web servers, handling support inquiries and coordinating web development projects. Our Web Services Manager coordinates many moving parts from web server management to maintenance to vendor relationship management.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Working with new and existing clients, our web partners and vendors and our Client Solutions team.
  • Managing Web Services help desk and escalation issues.
  • Tracking all communication in our service automation/CRM system including service requests with prospects and customers.
  • Conducting discovery meetings, proposals and project management with customers.
  • Interpreting project design and development requirements.
  • Developing solutions based websites that integrate to client’s business processes.
  • Maintaining websites for existing clients.
  • New server provisioning and Web Server administration (with Colo).
  • Creating advanced coding for websites and landing pages including multilevel database driven sites and ecommerce solutions.
  • Web code debugging and problem solving.
  • Contributing to coding standards & building coding documentation.

Position Requirements

  • Degree from 4-year University
  • 5 -7 Years Experience professional web development and web server management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and follow through
  • Extremely detail oriented, meticulous at documentation and excellent with time/task management
  • Ability to provide service and process documentation in our management systeml

This is an exciting growth opportunity for a skilled web developer who is comfortable wearing more than one hat and can tackle more complex solutions-based site development. Many projects are complex, database driven websites. Expertise in PHP/MySQL (PHP 4.0/5.0, MySQL 4.x/5.x.) is a prerequisite. Additionally, you must have an extensive coding background using CSS, XML, HTML, JavaScript and Flash with the ability to design as well as code. Experience with VB.NET & ASP.NET Windows platforms is a plus. Solid knowledge of standard Website Admin concepts, practices and procedures is needed. A comfort level with basic Linux/Free BSD web server is required. Windows Web server management skills are necessary along with a solid understanding of Dedicated and VPS servers and internet system architectures.
