Our website has become a mission critical communication tool for our organization and a key point of information access. For us downtime in a crisis situation is not an option. We starting working with The Launch Pad after our computer vendor went out of business in early 1998. We casually looked at a few new companies, and none impressed us. Then our building was struck by lightning, and took-out 90% of our computers, printers and modems. Now we had to find a new vendor – and fast. That vendor had to have great prices, be dependable, and above all – a wealth of knowledge. A friend recommended The Launch Pad, and we’re very glad they did!
